AI and Machine learning are transforming biomedical research at an astounding pace, enabling transformative insights into disease pathology and etiology, as well as diagnostics, treatment and personalized medicine. On May 1-3, 2024, the Keystone Symposia virtual meeting onAI in Biomedicinewill cover the most recent advances, and applications across diverse medical fields, from oncology to neurobiology, cardiology, immunology and more! Join us to learn about emerging AI/ML tools and technologies in biomedicine, and how they can be applied to translational and clinical research to accelerate discovery and improve clinical practice.
Program Highlights
AI in Drug Development- Discover how AI is transforming every stage of the drug development pipeline, from discovery through preclinical testing and clinical trials, significantly accelerating the process.
AI in Medical Treatment- Learn how AI is transforming medical treatment and prevention by enabling more targeted therapies and preventative interventions. Speakers will explore real-world examples of using AI for tailored treatment recommendations, predicting patient outcomes, and population-level disease prevention strategies.
AI in Precision Medicine- Explore how AI methods are increasing our ability to parse patient information and biomedical data to better understand disease risk factors and tailor preventative and therapeutic interventions.
AI in Medical Imaging and Diagnostics- See how AI analysis of complex medical imaging data and other digital biomarkers is enabling earlier disease detection, more accurate diagnostics, and improved monitoring.
AI in Public Health- This workshop will explore innovative applications of AI for distilling complex medical population data to derive actionable insights that can guide preventive interventions and improve public health outcomes. Talks will address how AI can help enable earlier disease screening and prevention, detect outbreaks faster, efficiently implement preventive measures, and strengthen healthcare systems.
Dynamic panel discussions exploring:
Ethical Implementation of AI in Biomedicine Panel Discussion- Discuss responsible and ethical development and deployment of AI technologies in biomedicine and healthcare, incorporating diverse stakeholder perspectives.
Future of AI in Biomedicine Session and Panel- Demonstrate and discuss how AI is shaping biomedicine, discussing trends and future opportunities.
