IMPORTANT FRAUD EMAIL ALERT - It has come to our attention that an unauthorized email has been circulated to all invited speakers and short talk presenters regarding registration and/or lodging. If you received an email similar to the one below, please DISREGARD the email. Do not respond or provide any information, especially a phone number. Legitimate emails from Keystone Symposia will only end in @keystonesymposia.org and no other variations (e.g., sponsorships-keystonesymposia.org). We do not use PayPal and will not ask for your password. As an invited speaker you are registered for the meeting. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please let me know. Always work directly with the hotel using the links provided in your customer portal.

If you have already responded to one of these fraudulent emails, please contact Rebecca Wilkerson at beccaw@keystonesymposia.org right away and include any related information.

Additionally, please be advised that some meeting speakers have also received emails from a number of different housing services, including Reservation Team, Exhibitors Housing Services, Expo Housing Services, Global Housing, etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. Always verify communication is from an @keystonesymposia.org email address and work directly with the hotel using the links provided in your customer portal (this email).
